Returns


We want you to love your Yoee Baby! If you are not 100% satisfied, please return your unused Yoee Baby with all original packaging for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date. The cost of the original shipping is not refundable except in the case of the wrong item shipped or a defective product. If you purchased your Yoee Baby from a retail store it must be returned to the store where you purchased it. Please note that if you are making an exchange because you would like a different character, we will have to charge you shipping for the new Yoee Baby.

Returns and Exchanges can be accepted by contacting returns@yoeebaby.com or calling us at 800-887-7902.

Once your item is returned, we will issue a credit to your credit card or send out a replacement, per your request. Sorry, we can't refund shipping charges except for defective or damaged items. We try to process all returns as soon as possible. Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear in your account.

If your Yoee Baby arrives damaged or defective contact us using the email or phone number above and we will issue a refund or exchange. If you request a refund, the original shipping cost will be refunded in addition to the cost of the item and sales tax (if applicable). If you request a replacement item, it will be shipped to you without any additional charges.
